Cancellation Policy

If you find it necessary to cancel or change your room reservation please advise us as follows. In case of cancellations within this period, or a no show, the full amount of the stay will be charged.

1-2 rooms

24 hours prior to arrival

3-4 rooms

48 hours prior to arrival

5+ rooms

Group Bookings

Bookings of five or more rooms are subject to our group booking terms and conditions as follows.

All rooms require a credit card to guarantee the reservation, this will be used to hold the rooms and pay any extras should you fail to do so on check out. No shows will be charged in full.

Any additional costs incurred during the stay must be paid in full on departure any outstanding costs will be charged to the main credit card confirmation

Period of Notice & Cancellation terms for Group bookings

Between 31 days and 14 days prior to date of arrival: 50% of the total booking value
Between 14 days and 3 days prior to date of arrival: 75% of the total booking value
Less than 3 days prior to date of arrival: 100% of the total booking value
